2009 Seasonal Information


Thank you for your interest in Wawaloam Campground however,

at this time we do not have seasonal availability for 2009

bullet2009 rates are $2700.00 plus electricity. The rate covers two adults and your own children under 18 years of age or two adults and two grandchildren. (Restrictions apply.)
bulletSeason runs from last Friday in April to the last Sunday in October.
bullet A $500 deposit is due at time reservation is made. The deposit holds your site until February 1, 2009, when at least half of your balance is due. The remainder of the balance is due by April 15, 2009. Sites not paid in full by April 15 will be charged a late fee of $500 and campers will not be permitted to access the campground until the balance is paid in full.
bullet Informational letters regarding rates, payment schedules, etc. will be given along with invitations sometime during August 2009. Seasonals will then be notified whether or not they have the option of returning to Wawaloam for the following season.
bullet Deposits for the following season are due NO LATER THAN LABOR DAY of the current season.

*Rate covers water and sewerage. Electricity is metered and paid to the office on a monthly basis. Some seasonal sites are equipped with central sewer, others are not and will be required to be pumped. A schedule can be set-up with the driver at the onset of the season. Pumps are at no additional charge.

*Seasonals are responsible for the persons named on their SEASONAL INFO SHEET and for any visitors they may have.

*Seasonals are responsible for the maintenance of their sites.

*Seek approval by the office before building any shed or platform. Approved dimensions are located in the SEASONAL INFORMATION packet available in the spring. Platforms require a building permit from the Town of Richmond.

*Camping units older than 10 years are not permitted until a recent color photo is presented to the office before reserving a site and the trailer is accepted.

*No park models are allowed.

*No gas tanks larger than 40#.

*Purchasing an existing seasonal trailer does not guarantee a site. All prospective buyers must complete the application process to be approved for a seasonal site.
